Ace Hardware - - Responsibilities: Open and/or close the store as per schedule, and confidently take charge as the "Manager on Duty" when management staff is unavailable.; Direct the store team, follow company policies and procedures, manage merchandise receiving, handle cash register transactions, reconcile daily cash, and maintain inventory control.; Address and report any employee, customer, or product issues that arise during your shift.; Enforce safety policies and procedures, leading by example to create a safe and secure environment.; Interact effectively with staff at all levels of the organization.
