Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist in Turlock, CA. We seek a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily skills in a skilled nursing facility setting.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
Active California Occupational Therapy License required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
Minimum 1 year of experience providing OT services in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care environment preferred.
Experience with ADL retraining, adaptive equipment recommendations, and developing individualized care plans preferred.
Competence with documentation in electronic medical records systems preferred.
