Patient Care Coordinator
Eyelid Center of Utah, Salt Lake City, UT, United States
Eyelid Center of Utah | Draper, UT | Full-Time | $25/hr + Performance Bonus
About Us
Eyelid Center of Utah is a boutique oculoplastic surgery practice led by Dr. Kian Eftekhari, an oculofacial plastic surgeon with deep expertise in cosmetic eyelid surgery — including upper and lower blepharoplasty, ptosis repair, fat grafting, and laser resurfacing. We’re not a highvolume mill. We’re a practice built on doing things right: exceptional surgical outcomes, an elevated patient experience, and a team that genuinely cares about every person who walks through our doors. Learn about our practice through our website eyelidcenterutah.com & YouTube page: youtube.com/@eyelidsurgeon
The Role
We’re looking for a Surgical Patient Care Coordinator to be the person our patients rely on from their very first call through their post-operative care. This is not a front-desk job — it’s a highownership, relationship-driven role where your ability to connect with people and guide them through an important decision makes a real difference in their lives. You’ll manage the full surgical patient journey, keep our schedules running smoothly, and be the warm, organized presence that turns an interested inquiry into a confident, prepared patient. If you’re someone who loves people, thrives on goals, and takes personal pride in your work — this role was built for you.
What You’ll Do
Own the patient relationship from first contact through consultation, surgery, and post‑op follow‑up
Make personalized pre‑visit outreach calls and texts to new patients, building rapport and ensuring intake forms are completed before their appointment
Present treatment plans with clarity and warmth — guiding patients through their options and the financial process in person at our clinic sites in Draper, Salt Lake, and Heber
Schedule consultations, surgeries, and pre‑operative appointments with precision
Schedule and coordinate anesthesia for surgical cases
Collect surgical balances in full at pre‑op appointments and maintain accurate financial records
Keep detailed, up‑to‑date records in our EMR system and Google Shared Sheets to support conversion tracking and reporting
Attend daily huddles and actively contribute to smooth clinic flow across our Draper, Salt Lake City, and Heber locations
Collaborate with our marketing team on social media content, before‑and‑after photo organization, and patient communication materials
Who You Are
You have a proven background in sales, patient conversion, or consultative customer‑facing roles — you know how to guide someone through a decision without pressure
Comfortable being measured on results — we target a 65–75% consultation closure rate
1+ years of experience in aesthetic medicine, cosmetic surgery, or a medical office environment (preferred but not required for the right candidate)
Exceptionally organized — you manage multiple moving parts without dropping anything
A natural communicator: warm, professional, and confident on the phone, over text, and in person
Comfortable with technology — Google Workspace, EMR systems, and CRM tools (training provided)
Discreet and professional — you handle sensitive patient information with care and confidentiality
Self‑directed and accountable — you don’t need someone looking over your shoulder to do great work
Willing to travel occasionally between our Draper, Salt Lake City, and Heber locations
What We Offer
$25/hr starting pay, commensurate with experience
Performance bonus potential — your results are recognized and rewarded
Health, dental, and vision insurance
Paid time off and 401(k) participation
A close‑knit, high‑performing team that takes genuine pride in patient care
Training and mentorship from a surgeon who is deeply invested in his team’s growth
