Referral Management Coordinator
Position: Remote (Hybrid for nights and weekends). Must be local to the Titusville area and able to attend the office periodically.
Responsibilities
Responsible for timely processing of inquiry and referral calls, serving as liaison to referral sources, physicians, unit staff, and hospital personnel involved with each transfer request. Enter call data into the facility's database and manage e‑fax applications to process incoming referrals and transfer requests promptly. Effectively communicate with unit staff, physicians, and Admissions Triage staff and follow hospital policies and procedures regarding referral management.

Qualifications
Education: Licensed RN or Master's Degree from an accredited school in the Behavioral Sciences
Licensure/Certification: RN, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT preferred; BLS required or obtained prior to direct patient care
Experience: 1‑3 years of experience preferred in Florida psychiatric healthcare
