Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of verifiable, hands‑on residential HVAC service experience.
Current EPA Section 608 Certification (Universal), Washington Electrical License 06A (required), and Seattle Journeyman Refrigeration Mechanic License (required).
Valid WA State Driver’s License with a clean record.

Job Responsibilities
Lead from the field and oversee backend operations.
Hybrid role combining hands‑on HVAC technical work with operations leadership (dispatch, logistics, inventory, training, scheduling, and customer success).
Report directly to the Owner and help scale the business from the ground up.
Oversee daily field operations and technician dispatching.
Perform advanced diagnostics and complex residential HVAC service and installations.
Manage inventory, parts orders, fleet, tools, and job costing.
Mentor junior techs and enforce safety and quality standards.
Assist with hiring, onboarding, and team training.
Work with software systems (ServiceTitan or similar).
Track KPIs and support strategic business decisions.

Full‑time, Commission
Pay
$100,000.00 - $150,000.00+ per year
