Location: Etna/Pataskala, OH
Shift: 2:00 PM 10:00 PM (Monday Friday)
Status: Full-Time

We are a rapidly growing logistics and distribution leader in the Etna/Pataskala area. We aren't just looking for someone to move freight; we are looking for a Warehouse Operations Clerk who can bridge the gap between our warehouse floor and our valued clients.
As we scale, our processes evolve. We need a sharp, adaptable professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn't afraid to learn new systems on the fly. If you have a "can-do" attitude and a knack for administrative precision, you'll fit right in.
Key Responsibilities
Client Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing real-time updates on shipment status and inventory levels with a professional and helpful demeanor.
Administrative Oversight: Manage shipping manifests, bills of lading (BOLs), and high-volume data entry within our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Process Evolution: Quickly master new software tools and operational workflows as the company implements new technologies to support our expansion.
Inventory Coordination: Assist in cycle counts and reconcile physical inventory with digital records to ensure 100% accuracy.
Operational Flow: Coordinate with the floor team to prioritize outbound loads and ensure the 2:00 PM 10:00 PM shift meets all daily deadlines.
Qualifications
Communication Skills: Superior verbal and written communication skills. You should be comfortable speaking with transport partners, warehouse staff, and corporate clients alike.
Tech-Savvy: High proficiency in computer systems (Microsoft Excel is a must) and the ability to quickly learn proprietary logistics software.
Adaptability: A proven track record of "pivoting"adjusting to new schedules, processes, or priorities without losing productivity.
Detail Oriented: You are the type of person who catches the small typo before it becomes a major shipping error.
Reliability: Since you are managing the critical afternoon-to-evening transition, punctuality for the 2:00 PM start time is essential.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $25.00 - $26.00 Per Hour
