Records Administrator – Locations:

Atlanta, GA; Savannah, GA; Augusta, GA; Knoxville, TN; Charlotte, NC; Durham, NC.

WSP is initiating a search for a Records Administrator for our Earth and Environment business line. In this role you will support our nuclear program by administering records, preparing data reports, and preparing invoices in compliance with regulatory, WSP, and client requirements. You will also support our materials testing laboratories with project and sample tracking, data entry, preparing invoices, and administering records.

Your Impact

Assist Project and Laboratory Managers with documentation, documentation tracking, records administration, and preparing invoices.

Assist in the preparation of data reports for engineering projects.

Assist in the preparation of data reports subject to requirements of NQA-1 or 10 CFR 50 Appendix B.

Perform project-level billing and invoicing, as required by Project and Laboratory Managers.

Set up opportunities, proposals, and projects in an Oracle-based accounting system, and create project folders electronically.

Lead project-level efforts for document quality in line with WSP brand guidelines.

Lead efforts to receive, organize, and store quality assurance documents and records in the project record system, and maintain document control logs.

Maintain a log of controlled-access documents, return receipts, and confirmations.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.

3+ years experience in business administration, project coordination, project controls, or document controls.

Working knowledge of MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, and Adobe applications.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to administer documentation and records with excellent attention to detail.

Demonstrable experience of producing documentation to a high standard, maintaining consistency with language, formatting, and brand.

Ability to work independently and collaborate with others.

Working knowledge of cloud-based file sharing platforms, such as SharePoint.

Self-motivated and flexible to take on new tasks and assist teams.

Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

Associate Degree in Business Administration, or closely related field.

Work experience as an approved Records Administrator under an NQA-1 program.

Work experience in engineering or scientific industries.

Work experience with Oracle-based accounting systems.
