Hire Type : Contract (6 to 12 months)
Compensation : $50-$60/hr

We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead high-impact engineering and manufacturing projects from kickoff through completion. Responsibilities
Lead multiple projects simultaneously from initial planning through final delivery
Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource plans
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, internal teams, and stakeholders
Coordinate efforts across engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, quality, and operations
Monitor project scope, schedules, risks, and costs to ensure successful execution
Facilitate project meetings and provide clear status updates to leadership and customers
Drive problem-solving efforts and remove roadblocks to keep projects on track
Manage change orders, documentation, and contract requirements
Ensure customer expectations are exceeded through proactive communication and execution
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field preferred
3+ years of project management experience in manufacturing, automation, engineering, or industrial environments
Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and resource management
Experience managing customer-facing projects with multiple stakeholders
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and project management tools
PMP certification is a plus
Preferred Background
Custom machinery, automation, tooling, or capital equipment experience
Experience working with engineering-driven manufacturing environments
Knowledge of production processes, fabrication, assembly, or installation projects
