Assistant Child Development Teacher, Infants and Toddlers, Lubbock
Assists in implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum, while supporting the Center's philosophy. Supervises children, using positive guidance techniques, under supervision of Lead Teacher. Communicates with parents and co-workers. Performs duties with minimal supervision. May be designated teacher‑in‑charge of a classroom.
Working Hours and Location
Full Time: Day shift
On‑site position at Covenant Medical Center, Lubbock
Must be available to work weekends and holidays as scheduled
Required Qualifications
Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request.
Preferred Qualifications
Active Pediatric CPR & First Aid Certificate
1 or more years of experience working with infants aged 6 weeks to 12 months
1 or more years of teaching experience working in a Texas Licensed Childcare Facility
3 or more years of teaching experience in a licensed childcare facility
Experience driving a van and transporting individuals between multiple locations

Pay Range
$13.50 - $19.64 per hour. Additional compensation such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities may be available.
