We’re growing and looking for someone who knows how to build relationships and drive new business the right way.

This role focuses on developing new maintenance contracts, managing a strong pipeline, and building long-term client relationships across your territory.

What You’ll Do

Prospect, develop, and close new landscape maintenance contracts

Conduct site walks and assess client needs

Build and manage an active sales pipeline

Create professional, value-based proposals

Represent the company across South Hillsborough, Manatee, and Sarasota

Build relationships with property managers, HOAs, and decision-makers

Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in Aspire

Collaborate with operations and estimating teams for proper scoping

Ensure clear communication with clients and internal teams

Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion

What We’re Looking For

Experience in business development, sales, or account management

Landscaping or property management experience

Strong understanding of maintenance services is a plus

CRM experience (Aspire)

Valid driver’s license

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
