Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
7+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role or Product Manager
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks
Working in Scrum teams and creating User Stories
Lead workshops and meetings to gather complex business requirements
Analyze and document requirements aligned with strategic goals
Conduct in-depth analysis to identify efficiency improvements
Utilize advanced data modeling and analytics tools
Expertise in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
Familiarity with advanced business process modeling tools and techniques
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences
Collaborate with technical teams to support data migration and ERP initiatives, including Oracle ERP and SAP S/4HANA
