Job Overview
Our General Managers are responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. The General Manager works with their leader to set the restaurant’s goals and creates a plan to achieve those goals.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of Department Managers with specific responsibilities, set goals, follow up on progress, and provide coaching and direction to improve the departments.

Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a capable team.

Ensure the restaurant meets customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness and achieves financial goals.

Qualifications

Previous General Manager experience running high‑volume locations.

Strong background in quick‑service restaurants, hospitality, or retail is strongly desired.

Must be 18 years or older.
