Role Description
This is a part‑time with potential for full‑time, on‑site role for a Medical Front Office professional at our Rocky Mount, NC location. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, managing appointment scheduling, benefit verification, charge entry, and ensuring effective communication with patients and team members. You will play a key role in maintaining smooth front office operations while contributing to a welcoming and professional environment for our patients.
Qualifications
Strong Phone Etiquette and Appointment Scheduling skills
Experience in Customer Service and Receptionist Duties
Effective verbal and written Communication skills
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced medical office environment
Familiarity with healthcare office software and Athena EMR system is a plus
Prior experience in medical or healthcare settings is preferred
