About the Internship
We are seeking a
collaborative
intern to join our team for the summer. This internship offers the opportunity to contribute to real-time projects, develop technical and analytical skills, and gain insight into the biotech industry. Interns will have exposure to Neomorph’s mission, values, and collaborative culture.
Role and Expectations
Neomorph is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to support HR initiatives across compliance, talent management, and people programs. This internship offers hands‑on experience working on high‑impact projects that help shape the employee experience, organizational effectiveness, and HR operations.
The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and interested in learning how HR programs are designed, evaluated, and optimized within a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Compliance
Conduct audits of employee files and HR documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance
Review and recommend improvements to HR file structure and recordkeeping processes
Support documentation and standardization of HR procedures and workflows
Talent Management & Development
Assist in the design, organization, and rollout of talent management and training programs
Support the development of materials for performance management, goal setting, and employee development initiatives
Help evaluate program effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement
Employee Programs & Engagement
Review the current employee recognition program and benchmark against market practices
Provide recommendations to enhance engagement, participation, and impact
Assist in implementation planning for any program updates
HR Analytics & Reporting
Support development of HR dashboards and reports (e.g., headcount, turnover, program participation)
Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide insights
Assist in preparing materials and summaries for leadership presentations
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
Interest in HR operations, talent development, or people analytics
Experience with data analysis, reporting, or project work (academic or internship)
Familiarity with HRIS systems or survey tools is a plus
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
