Job Summary
We are seeking caring and experienced Home and Community-Based Therapists to join our growing New York team at Northeast Family Services. Under the direction of the Program Director, HCBT clinicians will provide services and care to our patients in accordance with NFS’ policies.
Schedule
Full-time positions. We close at 12:30 pm every Friday from Memorial Day through Labor Day – giving our team more time to relax, recharge, and enjoy the summer sunshine.
Remuneration
Full-time rates: $75,000 to $90,000 per year, plus benefits.
Language differential provided for Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Russian and Hindi.
Full-time employees have the opportunity to earn a $3,000 stay‑on bonus after successful completion of the probationary period, or a $5,000 stay‑on bonus for bilingual English/Spanish speakers.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field required.
Clinical licensure (LCSW or LMHC) and a limited permit in the state of New York.
Minimum one year of experience working with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting preferred.
Excellent time‑management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to manage one’s own schedule with client outreach.
Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle access preferred.
Some afternoon and evening availability is a plus.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.; we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
