Required Qualifications
Degree in physical therapy from an accredited school
Current Michigan physical therapist license (PT-MI)
Minimum 1 year of outpatient experience
Certification: BLS
Work history: No gap greater than 30 days in last 7 years
References: 1 reference in last 12 months
