This full-time opportunity offers 40-hours per week, full benefits, and a convenient day shift schedule.
Southwest HealthcareInland Valley Hospital in Wildomar, California , is a licensed 122-bed facility accredited by the Joint Commission. It is Southwest Riverside County's only designated Trauma Center and a county-designated Paramedic Base Station. The hospital performs more than 4,000 surgeries a year, and has an average of 4,000 Emergency Department visits per month. The hospital features a Bariatric Weight-Loss Surgery Center of Excellence and the region’s only Total Joint Center.
Trauma RN Analysts
are responsible for providing excellence in patient care, collaborative and comprehensive care based on patient and/or family needs, providing assessments, treatment and care on assigned units. Staff Registered Nurses will also practice in accordance with all regulatory, professional, legal and hospital policies as well as consistently demonstrate behaviors that model the SWHS Core Values and the hospitals mission statement.
Experience/Specialized Skill: Trauma competent, knowledgeable in the management and care of the critically ill trauma patient.
Analytical skills necessary to organize and prepare for urgent and emergent situations
Proven ability to abstract data from database software into spreadsheet formats.
Computer skills including, but not limited to, word processing, spreadsheet, graphic display, data entry, and familiarity with working within network systems.
Communications: phone with voice mail, fax, pagers, copiers, etc.

Qualifications
3-5 years recent Emergency Department-Critical Care Trauma Experience
Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
REQUIRED LICENSURE / CERTIFICATIONS
Registered Nurse with current California RN license
BLS (AHA) certification
ACLS (AHA) certification
PALS (AHA) certification
TNCC
MICN preferred
CEN or CCRN strongly encouraged
