Provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and medication management
Treat individuals with complex mental health and substance use needs
Oversee and support nursing staff (RNs) and clinical team members

Play a key role in building a high-quality, patient-centered crisis program
REQUIRED
PMHNP licensed in NJ
Experience in behavioral health, crisis, or community-based settings
Strong clinical leadership and interest in program development
