We are looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) in Conroe, TX and surrounding areas.
Pay Range
$25-$37/hr
Qualifications
Active RN or LPN/LVN license (new graduates welcome, training provided)
Provide care in a client home setting
Ability to make a positive and lasting impression
Job Duties
Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their homes, according to the active plan of care given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments.
Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
Coordination of care.
Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
Preventive initiatives to protect quality of care for patients.
