Role Description
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for a full-time, on-site position at our Gainesville, GA location. The primary responsibilities include providing direct clinical services to clients, conducting assessments, developing tailored treatment plans, and facilitating individual, group, and family therapy sessions. The LCSW will collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, coordinate care plans, and support clients in achieving emotional and behavioral health goals. Additionally, the role involves case management and advocacy for resources to enhance client outcomes.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Social Work practices and principles
Experience with Medical Social Work and Case Management
Strong understanding of Mental Health and Behavioral Health care
Knowledge of community resources and referral processes
Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution
Active and unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in the state of Georgia
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and multidisciplinary teams
Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems preferred
Commitment to providing trauma-informed and culturally sensitive care
