Dental Assistant – Full Time

Fairmont Family Dental is looking for a skilled and motivated Dental Assistant to join our growing team! We’re a patient-focused, modern practice that values teamwork, efficiency, and delivering high-quality care.
Schedule
Tuesday – Friday + 1–2 Saturdays per month. Approximately 28–32 hours per week (full-time benefits eligible).
What You’ll Do
Assist the doctor chairside during a variety of procedures
Prepare and break down operatories efficiently
Take digital X-rays and impressions
Support procedures including clear aligners and dental implants
Maintain accurate patient records using Open Dental
Ensure a smooth and positive patient experience
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2+ years of chairside dental assisting experience
Experience with Open Dental (preferred)
Experience with iTero scanner (a strong plus)
Familiarity with clear aligner cases and implant procedures
Strong communication and organizational skills
Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude

Education and Training
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum one-year related experience and/or training or the equivalent of a combination of education and experience in the dental profession.
Valid X-ray certificate.
Current license if CDA, RDA, or EFDA (per state requirements).
CPR & first aid certificate.
