Job Summary
Supports multiple brands and channels within the Reser’s Fine Foods portfolio. Develops creative assets across multiple formats, including print, photography, video, packaging, and more. Collaborates with brand & channel teams, agency partners, freelancers, and internal teams to ensure creative output is aligned with brand standards and consistent across all platforms.

Essential Position Functions

Ensures all elements of projects meet creative brief standards.

Key point of contact between internal teams and freelancers/agency partners, providing creative guidance and clear, consolidated feedback on projects.

Creates point of sale materials, branded and private label packaging, videos, photography, tags, sell sheets, advertising creative, etc. as needed.

Closely collaborates with Marketing, Project Management, and Purchasing to ensure timely and accurate communication about and delivery of all projects.

Collaborates with Marketing, Project Management, and Purchasing teams as well as other internal teams on processes to improve efficiencies and ensure brand integrity across all projects.

Works directly with packaging vendors as it relates to deadlines, printing color processes, printer questions/concerns on art files, etc.

Maintains final deliverable files in centralized network system.

Other duties as assigned.

Education And Experience

Highschool Diploma or GED required

5-7 years in creative services for multiple brands, working successfully with internal and external partners.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

Expertise in design, brand development, the creative process, print files, and printing technology.

Deep knowledge of pre-press and the print production (CMYK) environment with experience in the processes and environment of press checks.

Strong typographic knowledge preferred.

Experience with management of assets such as photography, editorial, design and illustration content.

Proven history of delivering high-quality work on time and on budget.

Ability to effectively multi-task and problem solve to keep projects on track in a very fast-paced work environment.

Ability to manage multiple projects on short timelines with competing priorities and different stakeholders.

Expertise in photography preferred.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office applications.

Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Works both independently and collaboratively.

Physical Demands And Working Conditions

Office environment

Travel up to 10% of the time.

This position is eligible for a bonus based on company goals/performance.
