
Food Safety & Brand Specialist

We are seeking Food Safety Specialists to support our hotel, restaurant, and grocery clients in upholding brand standards, ensuring exceptional food quality, and delivering friendly, customer‑focused service to enhance the overall guest experience.
Responsibilities
Conduct assessments to measure conformity to regulatory, industry, and proprietary brand standards.
Observe food preparation and cooking standards to ensure food safety, health, and sanitation practices.
Partner with clients to address root causes of assessment discrepancies and develop corrective action plans.
Teach and coach clients to create a safer, healthier environment for themselves and customers.
Travel 50%‑70% (8‑10 days per month), including evening and weekend work.
Conduct audits and inspections.
Implement and monitor food safety programs.
Train and educate staff.
Investigate food safety incidents.
Ensure compliance with regulations.
Maintain documentation and records.
Influence others with tact and skill.
Provide clear, constructive feedback in a positive manner.
Work autonomously and thrive in a flexible schedule.
Organize and prioritize work based on urgency and efficiency.
Strong technical knowledge of food safety is preferred.
Qualifications
Meet requirements to obtain a CP‑FS certification.
Available to work Monday‑Friday, Saturdays, and evenings as needed.
Valid driver’s license from state of residence.
Licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, or local regulations (covered by us).
Strong knowledge of food safety is preferred.
ServSafe and/or CP‑FS certifications a plus.
Excellent listening, organization, communication, and time‑management skills.
