Position Summary
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Pre‑K Teacher who has a heart for children and a love for early childhood education. The ideal candidate will create a safe, engaging, and structured classroom while incorporating faith‑based values into daily learning.

Responsibilities

Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans

Create a structured, nurturing, and positive classroom environment

Support children’s academic, social, and emotional development

Incorporate faith‑based principles and positive character building into daily activities

Maintain consistent classroom routines and expectations

Communicate regularly and professionally with parents

Ensure the safety and well‑being of all children

Work collaboratively with staff and administration

Keep the classroom clean, organized, and prepared

Complete required assessments and documentation

Qualifications

Experience working with preschool or Pre‑K children (required)

CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)

Strong classroom management skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Passion for working with children in a faith‑based setting

Ability to meet state licensing requirements
