What We're Looking For
Must have pediatric experience; school-based experience preferred.
Holds (or is eligible for) a valid California OT license
Masters Degree or Doctorate
Passionate about supporting children in school-based and pediatric settings
Communicates effectively and thrives in collaborative, multidisciplinary teams
Brings strong clinical skills and warm, client-centered approach
Eager to learn, grow, and continuously develop professional expertise
What You’ll Be Doing
Delivering direct therapy and conducting assessments for children in school-based and clinic environments
Collaborating closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary team members to support student success
Maintaining detailed, compliant documentation for assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports
Engaging in ongoing professional development and continuing education opportunities
Providing supervision and mentorship to OT fieldwork students as needed
