Work schedule: Full-time on the Night shift, 3 twelve hour shifts a week, rotating weekends 7p-7a.
Summary
Responsible for the assessment, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of the delivery of patient care on the assigned shift. Supervises and evaluates work performance in accordance with established criteria-based standards of performance. Responsible for the coordination of clinical operations.

Education
Requires a minimum of a bachelor's degree in nursing, which must be achieved within three years of starting the role.
An Associate's degree RN currently in the role may be grandfathered in.
Experience
Bachelors in nursing or related field with 2 years or more of clinical nursing experience preferred, including 1 year of recent pediatric/psych/OR nursing experience preferred.
Licensures, Certifications, and/or Registries
Current RN License in the State of Alabama.
Current BLS certification.
Credentials with Equivalent Qualifications
Basic Life Support
Registered Nurse AL Single State or any of the following equivalent qualifications below:
Registered Nurse AL NLC Multi State
Registered Nurse Non-AL NLC Multi State
Education with Equivalent Qualifications
Bachelor of Science Nursing in Nursing
Experience with Equivalent Qualifications
2 Years job experience as Staff Level with specialization in the field of Nursing Acute
