Otolaryngology (ENT) Opportunity in Bloomington-Normal, Illinois
Join a thriving ENT practice in Bloomington-Normal, Illinois offering strong surgical volume, a six-week new patient waitlist, and a well-supported clinical environment with established referral networks and succession planning.

Practice Overview

Collaborate with two full-time ENT physicians and a part-time neurotologist

Standalone clinic with 6 exam rooms and 2 procedure rooms on each side

High-volume practice with new patient wait times currently 6 weeks out

Strong referral base supporting consistent clinical and surgical volume

Schedule

Balanced mix of 2-3 days of clinic and 1-2 days in the OR

Shared call of 1 week at a time, totaling 6-12 weeks annually

Call may include facial trauma but is limited to a non-trauma hospital setting

Dedicated support staff including 2 RNs, CMA, surgery coordinator, and 2 audiologists

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive salary structure with potential for procedural bonuses

Full benefits package including malpractice, CME, and 401(k)

Signing bonus and relocation assistance available

Ability to advance 25% of 2 year guarantee to help with down payment, student loans, etc.

Paid time off and dedicated CME days

Candidate Requirements

Board-certified or board-eligible in Otolaryngology

Fellowship training welcomed but not required

Strong surgical skills and ability to manage general ENT cases

Team-oriented mindset essential given noted group dynamics
