Overview
We are seeking a Rehabilitation CNA, also referred to as a Rehab Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Rehab CNA.
The Rehab CNA works with patients in the recovery process who are undergoing rehabilitation after surgery, injury, or illness. The Rehab CNA works closely with other healthcare professionals and provides hands‑on support to help patients regain their strength, mobility, and independence.
Shift’s Available:
Days (7:00 am to 7:00 pm)

Responsibilities
Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding while promoting dignity and independence.
Support mobility and rehabilitation exercises under therapist guidance to improve strength, balance, and coordination safely.
Monitor and promptly report changes in patients’ physical and emotional conditions to nursing staff for timely intervention.
Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment by organizing patient areas and removing hazards to prevent injury and infection.
Assist with positioning and transferring patients using safe techniques to prevent pressure ulcers and promote circulation.
Encourage and motivate patients to actively participate in their rehabilitation programs by providing emotional support and positive reinforcement.
Qualifications
Current Certified Nursing Assistant certificate upon hire, required.
Current BLS (AHA) upon hire and maintain current.
Possesses knowledge of medical terminology.
