Candidates cannot work another assignment/contract while working for Dignity AZ (cannot work two contracts at the same time).
Must be gone from CommonSpirit for 12 months as permanent staff to be considered for a travel assignment.

ONBOARDING DUE 1pm CST WEDNESDAY BEFORE START. The facility will not allow anything to be pending, and they will push the traveler back if the file is not complete by the deadline.
Level I experience required.
Previous travel required for ED, Neurological ICU.
CERNER EMR required for ED.
Travel teams: Must have their own vehicles.
Cath Lab will not consider tech/RN teams.
Parking: Assigned to a parking lot, shuttled to the facility. Night shift: Assigned to a parking garage.
Travelers can be expected to have nursing students; this is a teaching hospital.
Facility highlight: Located in the heart of Phoenix, Arizona, St. Joseph's is a 607 bed, nationally recognized center for quality tertiary care, medical education and research. Lung transplant specialty. Liver and Kidney Transplant as well. Associated with the Barrow Neuro Institute, world’s #1 institute.
All profiles must include: Unit size, Hospital size, Trauma Level, EMR (Cerner experience).
2 years of CORE experience required in specialty being submitted to; Level 1 Trauma and Teaching experience required.
Facility will not consider any contract shorter than 13 weeks.
Prophecy Dysrhythmia Exam required 24-48hrs prior to acceptance of a position. Maximum attempts is 2: Required for: Ambulance Transport, Cardiac Cath Lab, ICU, CVICU, EP Lab, ER, Helicopter Transport (Flight), House Supervisor, PACU/Recovery, PCU, PICU, Pre-op/PACU, Stepdown, Telemetry/IMC, Transitional ICU/TCU units.
If failed, will be DNU for 6 months within CommonSpirit AZ and Sacramento Region.
