Caregiver in Memory Care & Assisted Living

Caregivers at Carmel Village assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL’s) while treating all residents with dignity, respect, and compassion. Caregivers follow resident care plans as directed by community leadership and comply with Federal, State, and Local standards for community operation.

Schedule

Part‑time in Memory Care, working 6:00 am to 2:00 pm

Part‑time in Memory Care, working 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm

Part‑time in Memory Care, working 10:00 pm to 6:00 am

Part‑time in Assisted Living, working 6:00 am to 2:00 pm and/or 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm

Part‑time in Assisted Living, working 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm and/or 10:00 pm to 6:00 am

8‑Hour Shifts

Must have weekend and holiday availability

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience as a Caregiver is preferred, but not required.

Certification as a Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide is a plus.

CPR/First Aid certification training is available upon hire.

Ability to pass pre‑employment physical and background checks.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good communication and interpersonal skills
