Qualifications
Applicants must hold an unencumbered State of Illinois Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate, or a certificate of completion from a State of Illinois Accredited Certified Nursing Assistant training course. Prior CNA experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to invest in the right candidate.
Responsibilities
You will be the front line of the Clinical Department. Your tasks include performing Activities of Daily Living, observing changes in resident condition, ensuring a safe environment, and maintaining ongoing education to support resident comfort and safety.
