Job Title: On-Call Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
Location: Delta View Post Acute
Pay Rate: $32.00 per hour

Delta View Post Acute is seeking a dependable and flexible Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team on an on-call basis. This role is ideal for a nurse who values adaptability and is committed to providing high-quality care when coverage is needed. As an on-call LVN, you will step in to support the clinical team, ensure continuity of care, and uphold our standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration, treatments, and assessments
Respond to staffing needs and fill shifts as required, including weekends and holidays
Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) during assigned shifts
Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes to the appropriate clinical leadership
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and facility policies
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care and services provided
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
Qualifications
Active California LVN license in good standing
Strong clinical skills with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Reliable, responsive, and able to work on short notice
