Synergy Face + Body is a multi‑location practice that specializes in advanced cosmetic and facial plastic surgery procedures, offering injectables, dermal fillers, skin and laser treatments, weight loss, and more.
Role Overview
In this essential role, you will administer a range of cosmetic injectables, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers.
Requirements
Possess a current and unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP), or Physician Assistant (PA) in North Carolina.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in aesthetic nursing.
Strong foundation in performing core medical aesthetic services, including injectables (Botox, Dysport, Juvéderm, Restylane, Sculptra).
Eagerness to learn and introduce new and innovative services to meet evolving patient needs.
Ongoing education and professional development in medical aesthetics.
Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
Organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate client records.
Professional demeanor with a client‑first mindset.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Collaboration as part of a team.
Respectful toward patients and coworkers; empathetic to patient needs and concerns.
Excellent customer service and consultative skills.
Knowledge of electronic health records and thorough documentation skills.
Evenings and Saturday availability.
Flexibility to work at other locations (e.g., Wake Forest).
Responsibilities
Deliver best‑in‑class cosmetic injectable treatments following guidelines and under the supervision of the Medical Director.
Conduct thorough consultations with patients to assess their needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
Collaborate with other medical professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Cross‑sell procedures and products that complement the treatment.
Comply with required protocols, requests, and compliance policies.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly individual service goals.
Promote services on personal and professional media platforms.
Engage in community‑driven marketing events.
