Offer Description
The selected candidate will carry out research activities within the scientific-disciplinary sector PSIC-03/B WORK AND ORGANIZATIONAL PSYCHOLOGY, with particular focus on the processes of contemporary labour precarisation, investigating elements of vulnerability and support/wellbeing in heterogeneous, fragile and/or atypical organisational contexts (such as professions in the educational, training, and sports sectors). The candidate will contribute to the development of an innovative theoretical positioning on the core constructs of the research, integrating the psychosociological dimensions (individual, relational, organisational, and institutional) of precarisation processes.
