Pay Rate: $1800.00 - $2700.00
POSITION SUMMARY: BSN Case Manager
POSITION DUTIES: DCP, basic UR
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: BSN, RN
LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT: 13 weeks
SHIFT/HOURS PER WEEK: 40 hours to include weekends as needed
SYSTEMS: EPIC
