What You’ll Be Doing
Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
Deliver high‑quality outpatient physical therapy services
Treat a diverse caseload with an emphasis on functional outcomes
Help shape clinic workflows, culture, and patient experience
Collaborate with leadership on clinic growth initiatives
Ensure timely and accurate documentation
Mentor and collaborate with team members as the clinic grows
Educate patients on injury prevention, balance, and long‑term wellness
What We’re Looking For
Licensed Physical Therapist in Florida (or in final stages of licensure)
Interest in vestibular, orthopedic, and balance therapy (experience is a plus, not required)
Self‑driven clinician who values autonomy and accountability
Strong communicator and team player
Desire to help build a positive, high‑performing clinic culture
Interest in leadership and long‑term professional growth
