Schedule & Location
Schedule: 7 pm – 7 am, Night Shift, Full‑time (Shift Differential for 11 pm – 7 am)
Department: Nuero Surgical
Location: Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center – NH NHRMC
Compensation
Sign‑on bonus available up to $2,500 for full‑time roles.
What You’ll Do
As a Certified Nursing Assistant at Novant Health, you will deliver the most remarkable patient experience in every dimension, everyday. Your role includes fostering teamwork, engaging team members, and contributing to community involvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or GED required.
Experience: One year preferred; for assisted‑living facilities, one year experience in long‑term care or assisted living required.
Licensure/Certification/Registration: Completion of the NAI program required. Must be listed with the nurse aide registry as an NA‑I. Medication Safety‑AME required. Must complete North‑Carolina state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within three months of hire for emergency departments and behavioral health units.
Additional skills preferred: Basic computer skills for documentation.
