Personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assistance with activities of daily living, such as meal preparation and light housekeeping
Participating in recreational and social activities
Medication reminders
Companionship and emotional support
Monitoring and reporting client health and safety issues, observing and documenting client behavior
Accompanying clients to appointments
Eligibility
High school diploma or equivalent required
Must be 18 years of age or older
Caregiver Qualifications
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Home Health Aide (HHA)
Personal Care Aide (PCA)
Motivated caregivers
Additional Information and Requirements
6+ months of experience working in a healthcare facility or home care is preferred
Must be able to pass a criminal history check and a drug screening
Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of procedures performed by a Certified Nursing Assistant or be willing to be trained
Must be willing to clock in and out using electronic verification systems

CPR Certification
First Aid Certification
TB/PPD
Valid Driver's License
Valid Auto Insurance
