Compensation:
Hourly $16.00 - $19.00; Live‑in rates of $170 - $215 per day, client‑directed based on location, level of care, and client needs.
Scheduling:
Make your own schedule as a contractor with flexible options to fit your lifestyle, including day, evening, and 24‑hour live‑in positions.
Responsibilities:
Offer companionship and non‑medical support to seniors in their own homes.
Assist with daily living activities – bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transfers.
Provide medication reminders.
Complete light housekeeping and meal preparation duties.
Perform grocery shopping and provide client transportation to errands and doctor appointments.
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Reliable transportation required; a valid driver’s license preferred.
Self‑directed, able to work independently.
Experience in Alzheimer’s/Dementia a plus.
Background screening: Level 2 screening required by Florida law. Must complete the Florida Background Screening Clearinghouse process. https://info.flclearinghouse.com/
