At our fast-paced, supportive clinic in Issaquah, WA, we prioritize both patient care and clinician balance. You’ll enjoy
40-minute, one-on-one
sessions with patients -
no nights or weekends
required. We offer mentorship for
new grads, excellent benefits, and ample paid time off . Our team treats a wide range of patients, from post-op athletes to total joint cases, and collaborates closely with the orthopedic surgeons downstairs on pre- and post-operative rehab.
We offer competitive pay, a $6,000 sign-on bonus, and great benefits

We expect to pay between $27.00- $44.46
of the overall compensation range for this role. Final pay is determined by experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
What You'll Do:
Implement individualized treatment plans under PT supervision
Progress patients through therapeutic exercise, functional training, and manual therapy
Educate patients, families, and other caregivers in the skills and techniques of the PT treatment program
Provide high-quality patient care in alignment with APTA standards
Requirements:
Physical Therapy Assistant
License
Must meet physical requirements of frequent lifting, bending and squatting
Ability to remain calm, focused, and solution-oriented when handling high workloads or urgent situations
Great interpersonal skills; demonstrating patience, composure and cooperation; working well with all patients, physicians and staff
Understanding of and adherence to all safety, risk management and precautionary procedures, including the consistent respect for confidentiality (HIPAA)
Work Environment/Physical Demands

Work may be performed in an office and clinical environment. Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range. While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to talk or hear. The associate is required to sit for long periods of time, stand and walk, bend and stretch. Use of telephone and computer is required. Manual dexterity required for use of computer keyboard. Occasionally lifts and carries items weighing up to 40 pounds. May requires working under stressful conditions or working irregular hours.
