Responsibilities
Perform security services, including electronic surveillance and manual Security Officer rounds.
Coordinate facility response to potential problems for patients, employees, and visitors.
Enforce policies and procedures, ensuring equitable enforcement.
Follow guidelines and monitoring techniques to establish a safe workplace and environment of care.
Collaborate with the Environment of Care committee for a multidisciplinary approach to security and safety.
Participate in employee awareness and education.
Drive as needed for company business.
Qualifications
Experience in healthcare security or a related field (preferred).
State Guard Certification Registration Card.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Facility Specific Requirements
State driver’s license upon hire.
Current DMV H6 report or driving history report.
