
Pricing and Structuring Manager

Job Description
The Pricing and Structuring Manager owns and leads key financial areas of the PMC joint venture. Responsibilities include pricing controls for new business, commission review/approval, oversight of the cash application team, coordination of funding with the DLL Treasury group, and collaboration with DLL Finance on financial statements, budgeting, and board materials.
Day to Day Responsibilities
Pricing
Establish standard pricing and related processes, including small ticket flow transactions.
Maintain pricing controls to meet target margins.
Work on special pricing for strategic transactions.
Coordinate with syndication team on off-balance-sheet deals and pricing variances.
Collaborate with Philips Medical to utilize subsidies.
Commission Processing
Calculate, verify, and submit commissions for Philips Medical sales team.
Calculate, verify, and submit commissions for the PMC sales team.
Cash Application Team Oversight
Direct supervision of the team.
Develop KPIs and SLAs; track performance and drive continuous improvement.
Manage people, development, and ensure compliance with DLL policies.
New Business Funding
Coordinate with DLL Treasury to secure timely funding.
Collaborate on early termination breakage costs.
Provide funding forecasts and provide updates/reporting to partners.
Assist DLL Finance Members
Serve as point person for DLL members preparing financial reports, board materials, budgeting, etc.
Provide assistance as needed for finance duties.
General Responsibilities
Adhere to compliance policies and procedures.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for enhanced effectiveness.
Communicate and collaborate with partner(s) and PMC functions.
Participate in special projects and contribute to strategy and business planning.
Maintain a customer‑centric focus and build relationships with sales and partners.

Essentials
5+ years of experience in finance roles, especially pricing expertise.
Ability to lead and develop a team.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Strong analytical skills and ability to drive actions based on data.
Ability to prepare dashboards for results reporting.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; CPA preferred.
Experience and knowledge in end‑to‑end leasing and finance sector.
Applicable Pay Range
$103,212.80 – $154,819.20 (inclusive of benefits, subject to location adjustments and experience).
