Overview
Adjuncts are hired on a course basis each term. They are temporary faculty with teaching responsibilities for a specific course in a semester or summer session. Adjuncts are not part of the faculty bargaining unit and are not included in membership of the Faculty Senate. Governors State University’s College of Education seeks to create an available pool of Adjunct Faculty candidates to teach graduate courses in School Psychology in the Division of Psychology & Counseling. Salary range for adjuncts teaching in this academic area is $1,500.00 - $3,300.00 per course.
Responsibilities
Teach assigned graduate courses in School Psychology each term.
Qualifications
Minimum: Master’s Degree in School Psychology or related field.
Preferred: Doctorate or Specialist Degree in School Psychology.
