Pay range- $30 - $38.35 per hour on W2
Qualifications
The Global Manufacturing & Quality Learning & Development (GMQLD) organization is seeking proposals from qualified staffing vendors to provide one (1) administrative contractor to support learning and change request activities across the LKC Manufacturing site. This contractor will serve as an essential administrative resource, ensuring seamless execution of day-to-day learning administration, and change request workflow activities.
To support 2026 operational demands, activities to support new line and new build operations, and maintain compliance and inspection readiness, LKC L&D is requesting the addition of a dedicated contractor to provide administrative support across MasterControl LMS and Change Request activities. The contractor will engage in detailed work related to curriculum creation and maintenance, training assignments, account management, reporting, remediation of system issues, and coordination of document and change request workflows, all of which are essential and limit the team’s capacity to focus on higher value strategic Learning Partner activities.
This RFP aims to secure one contractor who will be embedded within the L&D team and aligned to support administrative tasks associated with learning administration and document change request collaboration activities.
This contractor will provide dedicated administrative support (through L&D Associates / Sr. L&D Associates) for the following Manufacturing-aligned business areas:
Technical Services & Manufacturing Science (TSMS)
Quality Assurance
Quality Control
Minimum 2 years of experience in learning administration, supporting multiple business areas / functions, and familiarity with document control change request processes.
Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, or similar); strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams); familiarity with Document Management Systems
Experience working in MasterControl is required
Experience with Veeva is optional
Experience with SuccessFactors optional
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to liaise effectively between internal stakeholders and external partners.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
Preferred: Familiarity with pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or regulated industry learning and compliance requirements (Good Documentation Practices).
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
