Responsibilities
Coordinating the collection of information and communicating with customers via phone, email, or in person as directed by the primary Escrow Officer.
Handling frontend processing.
Preparing preliminary Closing Disclosures.
Reading contracts, commitments, and orders, and assembling necessary documents for the closing.

Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Minimum of 2 years of escrow experience required.
Experience with RamQuest system preferred, but not required.
Excellent communication and customer-oriented skills required.
Ability to work proficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
Microsoft Suite proficiency.
