is seeking a Registered Nurse for a weekend, per diem position in Carroll County, Maryland. The role involves providing skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients in senior living communities.
Availability:
Must be available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday or Saturday and Sunday between 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.
Responsibilities
Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient needs.
Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
Monitor clients’ conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager.
Follow up with, execute, and document doctors’ orders.
Perform client assessments as necessary.
Case‑management and coordination.
Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a state‑of-the-art tablet.
Qualifications
A current license as a Registered Nurse in Maryland.
Minimum one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required.
Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Solid computer skills; experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
Availability for the required weekends (Friday‑Sunday or Saturday‑Sunday 8:30‑5:00 pm).
Current Home Health and Oasis experience required.
