Bilingual Therapist

This role involves providing outpatient individual, couples, and group psychotherapy from a trauma-informed perspective for youth and adults.
Assess clients' functioning through interviews, observations, tests, and collaboration.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
Respond to crises per clinician on-call protocols.
Coordinate care with case managers and ensure accurate documentation in EMR and other reports.
Participate in staffings, trainings, supervision, and community outreach.
Promote excellent customer service and positive outcomes.
Required qualifications
include an LMHC or LMSW license, understanding of social determinants of health, trauma-informed care, confidentiality, and strong communication skills.
Preferred qualifications
include an active license in NM, bilingual fluency in Spanish and English, experience with at-risk immigrant populations and crime victims, and proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.
Compensation ranges from $55,000 to $75,000 annually, with benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, professional development, and retirement plans. This is an in-person position with flexible scheduling possibilities.
