Duties & Responsibilities
Manage patient scheduling and confirm appointments
Perform insurance verifications & prior authorizations
Maintain patient records & manage patient charts
Provide extensive customer service via email, phone calls, and in‑person interactions
Other skills or specialties (as needed)
Experience & Skills
Demonstrated experience building strong, positive relationships with patients or customers
Ability to communicate verbally & in writing with utmost clarity
Proficiency with MS‑Office & medical practice software
High School Diploma
Business school or Associate degree preferred
