Monday – Thursday: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Friday: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Technician to support inventory management and operations at our Redlands facility. This position requires reliability, professionalism, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
Key Responsibilities
Purchase, receive, track, and reconcile inventory balances.
Manage return goods according to standard operating procedures.
Monitor product trends and shortages to maintain proper inventory levels.
Stock and maintain pharmacy pick stations, dispensing, and back-stock refrigerators.
Assist Operations Assistants with packing, shipping, and cleaning tasks.
Fill prescription orders accurately under pharmacist supervision.
Count medications manually and using automated systems (EYECON).
Replenish stock, clean, and maintain pill counting equipment.
Complete SOX documentation and other compliance requirements.
Requirements
Must have a valid CA Pharmacy Technician License

Able to lift
50–70 pounds
(medications, ice boxes) 5–10% of the workday.
Able to stand, walk, and lift for several hours at a time.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Strong communication skills and team .
Basic typing/data entry skills.
Able to learn and utilize computer applications to record data accurately.
Must follow standard operating procedures and pharmacy protocols.
Qualifications
Experience with inventory management, cycle counting, and returns processing.
Familiarity with EYECON or other automated medication counting systems.
This role is physically demanding and safety sensitive, so candidates must be able to meet all lifting and standing requirements.
