Pay Rate: $24.00 – $28.00 hourly, depending on experience and skill level
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00AM – 2:30PM with occasional overtime available.

Key Responsibilities
Perform high-quality TIG (GTAW), resistance welding, brazing, and fabrication on stainless steel, aluminum, and other materials.
Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, specifications, and work instructions.
Set up, operate, and maintain welding and fabrication equipment.
Complete accurate production documentation including weld logs, job routings, and maintenance records.
Perform proper pre-weld and post-weld cleaning, preparation, and finishing.
Inspect completed work to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Report equipment issues and assist with preventative maintenance.
Support team productivity goals and continual improvement initiatives.
Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications
1–2+ years of welding and fabrication experience in an industrial setting required.
Formal welding education or certifications are a plus but not required.
Experience welding stainless steel and aluminum required.
Experience welding highly cosmetic/highly polished weldments preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Ability to use measuring tools and basic shop math.
Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Ability to pass visual acuity requirements, weld test, and drug test.
Work Environment
Temperature-controlled manufacturing facility.
Exposure to hot materials, welding arc light, dust, and industrial chemicals (PPE provided).
Standing or sitting for extended periods.
Repetitive motion and occasional heavy lifting.
